Return Shipping :

  • For defective or incorrect items, Cool-Trinkets.com will cover return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds :

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees and expedited shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges :

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Return Procedure

Initiate a Return :

  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
Receive Return Authorization :
  • Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 48 hours, and the return address.
  • Do not ship items back without an RMA number, as they may not be processed.
Ship the Item :
  • Package the item securely, including the RMA number and original packing slip.
  • Ship to the address provided in the RMA email using a trackable courier.
Inspection and Refund :
  • Once received, we will inspect the item to confirm eligibility.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  • You will be notified via email of the refund status.
